Shipping policy
These are our average shipping times:
- Flat rate (standard): 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Standard rate with CO2 offsetting: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Our average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Some factors that may cause an order to arrive later than expected include: Issues with the print or embroidery file, Product stock, and Shipping delays
